Every egg holds a real bird you won't meet until it hatches.

Real bird species, from the house sparrow at your feeder to the resplendent quetzal you'll never see. Mint one and you won't know what's inside: it arrives as an egg that wobbles like it wants out, coloured by how rare it is. Then it incubates about 13 days, fledges in a month, and molts into full adult plumage around day 90, the clock a real bird keeps. No servers, no files.

Ninety days, four birds

The contract never stores a stage. It stores a hatch clock and computes the right bird from the block timestamp every time the metadata is read. Drag the specimen through its life.

Real species, five tiers

Eggs are spread across real bird species and five rarity tiers. One roll at mint fixes your bird's species and tier forever. The egg's shell already wears its rarity colour, and every egg hatches into exactly the bird it always held.

How it works

Not live yet, minting will happen on OpenSea. Everything after that happens on its own.

Launching soon · follow along for the date

Mint an egg

Once live, mint on OpenSea. One roll fixes your species, tier and habitat forever. The shell already wears the rarity colour.

Watch it stir

Around day seven the egg starts rocking in its nest, coloured by its rarity. In its final days it shakes harder. Refresh the metadata and see.

It raises itself

Hatch, fledge, molt: chick by month one, adult by month three. The bird your egg always held, in its true, locked colours. A public pingMetadata() keeps OpenSea current.
